Thank you for using Corsfix. By using our service, you agree to comply with our terms defined below.

Referred to hereinafter as Corsfix, our, we, us is a CORS proxy service provider. All customers using our service are subject to these terms and conditions described in this document. We reserve the right to make alterations to these documents whenever required. It is the client's sole responsibility to check for updates on a regular basis.

General Agreement

Corsfix may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes without limitation, any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates export control laws.

Privacy Policy

Corsfix is committed to transparency in how we handle your data and have prepared a detailed privacy policy. By using our service, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms outlined in the policy.

Service Level Agreement

Corsfix will use all reasonable efforts to keep service running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We aim for at least 99.9% yearly uptime for our CORS proxy service, however, sometimes for a number of reasons it may be unavailable to you. You recognize and acknowledge that occasional unavailability of the service will occur. We make no warranty or assurance that the service will run uninterrupted.

Pricing

Corsfix service cost and pricing may be changed from time to time at Corsfix's sole discretion. All the prices stated by us are subject to change and may be changed from time to time at Corsfix's sole discretion.

Abuse of Our Service

Any actions intended to abuse or harm our service or lower the quality of service in any way will result in an immediate termination of your account without a refund. Complaints regarding suspected illegal use or system or network security issues should be sent to [email protected].

Copyright Infringement and Illegal Content

Corsfix does not actively monitor content transmitted via our service; all content transmitted by your account is the sole responsibility of you, the client. Under no circumstances will Corsfix be responsible for the behavior of our clients or their users when found to be transmitting protected or illegal content.

Illegal Use

Some examples of illegal use as described above include spyware, adware, spam, scams, illegal, racist or any other unsociable material. We take any violations of our terms very seriously and in case we discover any inappropriate material, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account without a refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, in no event shall Corsfix be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
